So HOW do I use the Law of Attraction to lose weight exactly?


As with any positive change in one's life, it will come down to changing out your negative mindset routines and replace them with positive ones. If you look at weight loss success stories, one thing you’ll see is that the people in these stories have extremely clear goals and reasons. Spend some time determining your reasons for losing weight, and then take an honest look at the beliefs behind your reasons. If your agenda is negative (comparing yourself to someone else for example), it will be much harder to achieve your goal. This is because you’ll be focused on ideas about lack, resentment and failure, which is rooted in fear and is a low vibration.


So let's change that Mindset & Vibration ~

  • Begin a body-love practice. Appreciate what you do have.

  • Act as if you’re already in the body you want.

  • Visualize your ideal physical self while meditating.

  • Affirm (in the present tense) what you want instead of what is.

  • Find ways to feel now, how you would feel then.


Once you have a good routine involving these practices, improving self-awareness and learning to trust and respond to your body’s preference is your next step.


Sometimes your body might say ‘nap’ instead of ‘exercise.’ It might prefer running over weight lifting. It might suggest cake instead of trail mix one day. Cake is not bad. Just control your portion and the frequency. Losing weight should never involve restricting yourself completely from certain foods. Just focus on feeding it more quality food than processed food. This is why I loathe the word "diet". Losing weight should not be through a temporary diet. A short term diet leads to short term results. Nobody can maintain a Keto diet, South Beach diet, juicing, etc. for the rest of their lives. This should be a lifestyle change. Please don't restrict yourself from eating entirely. You may think "well if I just skip a meal today I'll lose weight quicker". NO! What happens here is you might lose weight initially (first day or two), but our body's are extemely intelligent (hence why we plateau) and with your restricted eating it will go into starvation mode and start to "hoard" your excess fat to sustain your current health. Then you give up and go back to eating normally which in turn will make you gain weight and put you in a worse position then when you started.


Treat your body with love and when you’re dialed in on what you want, you can trust whatever your body asks for.
